Home Story; A Seller’s Perspective

“We moved here because of the Stevenson school district and the open space with a huge yard for the children to play. As they got older we played softball and volleyball out back.

It is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and willing to help, if needed.

The windows and the sliding glass doors in the back are wonderful because they allow so much light to come into the house year round. Also, because the house is set in an east/west fashion; you get the sunshine on the front patio in the morning and on the back patio in the evening. We make use of the patios a lot. When the weather isn’t so nice, we take advantage of the beautiful views from the back room in the fall and winter as it permits a full view of the beautiful nature in your own back yard.

We’ve made a lot of changes to the house since we bought it, to make it our home. We’ve enjoyed bringing up our children in this home and this place holds special memories for our family. We truly hope a family moves in and enjoys the neighborhood and the schools as much as we did.”
