At our meeting we will start by reviewing what I will do for you, including a 12-week marketing plan customized to your home. We will review the local market with you and we can look over the comparable houses recently sold and currently available in your neighborhood. At this point we will discuss what your house is worth and at what price you would like to list it at. If everything is all set we can sign the paperwork and schedule the professional photos. We will tour your property and review what staging and cleaning needs to be done prior to listing and photos.
