Keeping You Safe
The safety of both buyers and our sellers are the utmost concerns right now. We require that all visitors follow CDC safety guidelines and a few simple rules to help prevent the spreading of germs.
- Please limit the number of visitors to the open house. While your in-laws and parents may be excited to help you pick out a home, it is safer for everyone to limit the visitors to just the buyers involved in purchasing the home and keep advice to photo views only.
- No one under 18 is permitted to attend the open house. Mom can view the house while Dad waits outside with the kids and then switch if necessary, but we can not permit children and infants into the home.
- Masks are required the entire time you are inside the home. Gloves are recommended. If you are not wearing a new, clean pair of gloves, you may not touch any surfaces or items in the home.
- Please be courteous. This is someone’s home and remember they may have medical concerns that make them more susceptible and in further danger or kids who don’t understand the dangers of these germs. We ask that even if you are not concerned about COVID, please respect that the sellers or other visitors may be.
Thank you for your cooperation.
